IMPORTANT:DIN EN 12445 and DIN EN 12650-1 standards require that all force meters must be calibrated at least once a year. All normagate force meters have a calendar in their operating program that prevents the software from functioning once the yearly interval has expired. After this, the instruments must be sent back to the original supplier where they will be checked and their software re-enabled for another year. Any broken or damaged parts will be replaced at cost.
